Lidl Grocer Joins Regency Portfolio at Brighten Park in Atlanta, GA

Regency is thrilled to welcome Lidl to its portfolio at Atlanta's Brighten Park.

Located in a densely populated trade area on a major east/west connector less than one mile away from Emory University, Brighten Park comprises 136,963 SF and includes a host of additional merchants including Tuesday Morning, CorePower Yoga, Barre3, Saladworks, Grub Burger Bar, Starbucks, Panera Bread and Zoe’s Kitchen. Lidl will occupy 24,625 SF.
