Get to Know Buckhead Landing in Atlanta, GA

Regency's Buckhead Landing continues to the vertical phase of Publix’s construction and is pleased to announce an updated list of incoming merchants and operators.

Regency is revitalizing Buckhead Landing, formerly named Piedmont Peachtree Crossing shopping center, one of seven properties the company owns in Buckhead, an established Atlanta community. Once complete, the popular local shopping center, anchored by a Publix, will be home to some of the most sought-after retailers and restaurants in the industry.

Construction Details:

Buckhead Landing construction kicked off in the first quarter of 2023. The new 55,000 SF Publix began construction in late 2023 and is slated to open in late 2024. Merchant establishments will open in three phases, with Regency Centers expecting to complete the redevelopment in 2025.

Merchandising Mix:
  • Atlanta-based Carter’s, Inc., which owns the Carter’s®, OshKosh B’gosh®, Little Planet® and Skip Hop® brands, will open its first Carter’s flagship store to Atlanta residents.
  • The Srouji family is opening its Atlanta Mediterranean favorite, Aviva by Kameel.
  • Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, a new-to-market ice cream shop, will open its second location at Buckhead Landing. National Geographic named the Ohio-based creamery as one of the 10 best ice creams in the world in its third edition of “The 10 Best of Everything” guide for travelers.
  • SkinSpirit is an aesthetic skin and body care provider with locations across the country.
  • Waxing the City, the second-largest waxing franchise in the U.S., will open its third Atlanta location.
  • Alloy is a fitness studio that offers customized workout programs for a range of fitness levels.
  • Boston-based Burtons Grill & Bar is opening its first Atlanta location. The restaurant offers made-from-scratch American classics and is known for its robust gluten-free options and for accommodating many common food allergies and special diets.

Many of the shopping center’s local favorites will continue to serve the Buckhead community, including Piu Bello, Urban Wu, Eye Gallery, Relax the Back, The Joint, Buckhead Alterations, Jamison Shaw, Lush Nails & Spa, Coast Dental and Starbucks.

Buckhead Landing is situated in the heart of Atlanta at the convergence of four major thoroughfares: Piedmont, Peachtree, Lenox Road, and Georgia Highway 400.
