Even by Texas standards, Natural Pawz has been wildly successful, with the pet retailer opening its 17th store—and first one outside of the Houston area—in the Central Texas town of Round Rock on Sept. 19.
The Round Rock store’s grand opening will include prizes for guests, free pet treats, and discounts on pet food, toys and more.
Promoting its arrival in Central Texas, the Natural Pawz Treat Truck will hit the streets of Round Rock and Austin in September.
“We think of ourselves as your neighborhood pet store, and we look forward to opening more stores in neighborhoods all around Austin,” said Biff Picone, who along with wife Nadine Joli-Coeur founded Natural Pawz in 2005 in the Houston area.
“Our team at Natural Pawz is ready to serve our friends and pet parents in Round Rock and throughout Central Texas,” Picone added.
Natural Pawz is known as “the health food store for pets,” with each location equipped with freezers and fridges and selling dry, canned and raw lines of dog and cat foods plus treats, general pet supplies, cleaning products, holistic herbs and supplements.
Natural Pawz is a three-time winner of the Retailer of the Year Award from Pet Product News International.
