Last week, Regency brought home a Silver award at The Commercial Property Executive’s Distinguished Achievement Awards for its work with the Mellody Farm development in Vernon Hills, IL. Held in New York City, the event drew more than 150 industry professionals nationwide, recognizing the past year’s accomplishments in finance, investment, development and real estate management.
The 258,646 SF development — which celebrated its grand opening just over a year ago to date — has made waves in the industry with its unique design model and all-star lineup of top retailers including REI, West Elm, Nordstrom Rack, HomeGoods, Athleta, and Whole Foods.

The evening also provided guests with the opportunity to network, exchange ideas and learn from keynote speaker, John O’Donnell, CEO of The Michaels Organization. The awards were presented jointly with the MHN Excellence Awards, and winners were selected by a panel of judges with expertise ranging across all multifamily and commercial disciplines.
