For the fourth year in a row, Regency Centers has been included in Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies list for 2023. Ranked third in the Real Estate and Housing sector as well as 67th overall, Regency scored well across all three categories — Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG).
Newsweek has partnered with global research and data firm Statista for its fourth annual list of America's Most Responsible Companies. This year, the list includes 500 of the nation's largest public corporations, which vary dramatically by size and industry.
This recognition follows Regency’s recent placement on the Management Top 250 list, which honors the best-managed companies for 2022.
Regency’s Corporate Responsibility program is built on four pillars: our people, our communities, ethics and governance, and environmental stewardship —and is guided by our focus on three overarching concepts: long-term value creation, the importance of maintaining our culture, and Regency’s brand and reputation.
