Five Regency Centers leasing agents were recently named 2023 CoStar Power Broker Award winners for closing some of the top deals in their respective markets based on price and square footage.
The following Regency leasing agents were listed in the “Top Retail Leasing Brokers” category:
- Eric Apple, Senior Leasing Agent, Jacksonville
- Marc Elias, Senior Leasing Agent, Tampa/St. Petersburg
- Tricia Freeman, Senior Leasing Agent, Denver
- Leslie Mintz, Senior Leasing Agent, Atlanta
- David Sherin, Senior Leasing Agent, Philadelphia

For 24 years, the CoStar Power Broker Awards have recognized the top commercial real estate firms and professionals in the industry. These awards honor those who have demonstrated excellence in their field by closing the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases in their respective markets. CoStar, a leading commercial real estate information and analytics provider, organizes and presents these awards annually to acknowledge outstanding achievement and performance in the industry.
