Regency is thrilled to spotlight six leasing agents — David Sherin, Eric Apple, Rip Reynolds, Tricia Freeman*, Joe Allegretti*, and Steve Dudziec — who have been recognized as 2024 CoStar Power Brokers for their leasing work in Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Houston, Denver, and Westchester/Southern Connecticut, respectively.
A premier industry recognition for the past 25 years, The CoStar Power Broker Awards celebrate commercial real estate's top brokers and firms, recognizing those who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets.
