Regency Centers is proud to announce four team members — Tricia Freeman, Rip Reynolds, Gabe Gonzalez, and Marc Elias — were named to CoStar's 2022 Power Broker list for closing some of the highest transaction volumes in the Denver, Houston, Miami-Dade County, and Tampa/St. Petersburg markets, respectively.
Recognized as the premiere industry award, the CoStar Power Broker awards celebrate commercial real estate's best of the best, honoring the top brokers and firms in the United States and Canada for the past 23 years.

Additionally, David Sherin, Senior Leasing Agent, was honored with a Q3 2022 CoStar Quarterly Deals award for closing Central Rock Gym at Regency's The Abbot. The Quarterly Deals award is a recent expansion of CoStar's recognition program that recognizes the top deals done by brokers every quarter, in each market. David also received the CoStar Power Broker award in 2021.
