From Florida to Delaware, two merchants in the personal care and wellness space — who are committed to avoiding harsh chemicals and ingredients in their products — recently joined the Regency portfolio: Buff City Soap at Pike Creek in Wilmington, DE, and Boujee Bath Cottage at Chasewood Plaza in Jupiter, FL.
Created in 2013 by Brad Kellum — after discovering that his everyday, store-bought soap was packed with harsh chemicals, detergents, and animal fats — Buff City Soap is home to ‘delightfully scented’ plant-based soaps that are handmade daily in the concept’s ‘Soap Makeries’. The brand carries an extensive product line of various scrubs, oils, laundry detergents, and other accessories — all sold in a vibrant, playful and welcoming environment. Buff City Soap has been franchising since 2018, and currently boasts more than 260 storefronts across the U.S.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Buff City Soap to Pike Creek,” said David Sherin, Senior Leasing Agent. “From their carefully crafted product lines to the fun, experiential nature of their family-friendly shops, the concept makes an excellent addition to the Wilmington community at-large, and we’re excited to see it continue to grow.

Similarly, Boujee Bath Cottage recently opened the doors to its first brick-and-mortar location at Chasewood Plaza in Jupiter, FL. Founded by Kari Little — who has been a registered nurse for the past 25+ years — the shop is an extension of Boujee B Skincare, an online-based premier skin care and pampering shop offering luxurious skin-loving products to help customers relax, rejuvenate and exfoliate.
Chasewood Plaza is extremely proud to be home to Boujee Bath Cottage’s very first brick-and-mortar location,” said Aidan McNaughton, Leasing Representative. “Kari’s background and expertise in the health and wellness industry as both a Registered Nurse and Chief Nursing Officer has equipped her with the knowledge and tools to run a successful business that prioritizes and sources locally crafted products, ingredients, and other apparel for the Jupiter community.
