Situated in a vibrant walking district between Ballston and Rosslyn, the neighborhood outdoor mixed-use center in the affluent community of Clarendon, VA was acquired by Regency Centers in 2017. This rebranding effort has been a meaningful part of Regency’s strategic plan to breathe fresh excitement into such a prominent asset, and we are thrilled to be seeing it come to life.
Formerly known as Market Common Clarendon Shopping Center, The Crossing boasts a mix of some of the most sought after national and regional merchants, local shops, and boutique services. With a refreshed brand voice designed to feel engaging and personable as well as bolster the center's reputation in the marketplace, The Crossing’s cutting-edge visual identity, typeface, and color palette pay tribute to the area's rich history, with a nod to its nostalgic bar and music scene of the 70’s.

The shopping center’s updated moniker is a reflection of the interwinding streets of Market and Commerce that provide the area's best of what the area has to offer. Owned and operated by Regency Centers, The Crossing is a dynamic neighborhood gathering space in the heart of the Arlington community.
