Regency’s Town Square Center recently welcomed SoFresh — a growing ‘fast casual fresh’ dining concept — to the Westshore Business District. Founded in Tampa in 2013 and serving up a nourishing menu of hot bowls, salads, wraps, broth bowls, smoothies, and juices, the chain has since opened eleven shops in Florida and Pennsylvania, with at least eight more locations projected to open in Florida this year.
On a mission to fuel a life in motion through fresh food, each meal SoFresh serves is rooted in transparency using only real ingredients, from scratch-made in-house sauces and dressings to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo and gluten-free.
We’re ecstatic to welcome SoFresh to Town Square Center and the Westshore community,” said Marc Elias, Senior Leasing Agent. “Given that Westshore is the heart of Tampa’s true ‘business district,’ we couldn’t think of a better merchant to land at Main and Main than SoFresh, with its quick service and tasty, nutritious food options. I’m excited to see how well they do with all of the additional growth plans for this immediate market.
The franchisees behind this location, father-and-son team Eric and Colin Mathers, donated a meal to the ER nurses of Tampa General Hospital for every meal that was sold on opening day in December 2020.
Located in a dense area surrounded by exclusive, affluent neighborhoods and a robust office community, Town Square Center is anchored by key retailers including Petco, Starbucks, Panera Bread and Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
