Although live sports looks a little different this year, Regency Centers is celebrating this season in a new way with Ultimate Tailgate Takeout: a portfolio-wide initiative created to inspire Regency’s sports-loving community members to design their best at-home tailgate experiences. Over the coming weeks, we'll continue to share the unique #rctailgatetakeout experiences of participants from coast-to-coast, including team-inspired treats and beverages to gift baskets, decor and more!

Tailgating. As the Original Huntington Beach Quarantine Cruisers and owners of some of the coolest pickups around, you could say that it's @hektattoo and @week2wickedjason's specialty.
They may not be able to kick off their pregame festivities at the stadium, but that doesn’t stop them from dropping the tailgate and setting up shop.
For the ultimate tailgate, you start with the ultimate truck: The 1,000 h.p. F-100, and a trip to Regency's Newland Center, and hit Albertsons for all the necessities. And since Hek knows how to make the perfect 1,000 h.p. Michelada, that’s at the top of your list.
Here’s how you get started:
- 12 Pack of Tecate Beer (1 per Michelada; Make it a mocktail with Topo Chico mineral water instead)
- 32 oz. Clamato (add 4 oz./drink)
- 15 oz. Lea & Perrins The Original Worcestershire Sauce (1 tbs./drink)
- 12 oz. Cholula Hot Sauce (1 tbs./drink)
- Fresh Lemon Juice (1 tbs./drink)
- Fresh Lime Juice (1 tbs./drink)
- Don’t forget the Tajine seasoning (3-4 dashes/drink)
- Mix well and enjoy!
Then, just add your snacks like, guacamole, seven-layer dip and chips, Albertsons' famous wings, and the veggie tray, so you can tell your Monday morning conscience you’re eating something healthy.
