Midtown Yoga Now Open at Carytown Exchange in Richmond, VA

A new-to-market yoga studio has officially joined the mix at Regency’s Carytown Exchange in Richmond, VA.

Midtown Yoga is situated in a 2,236 SF space on the Cary Street side of the shopping center, between Nothing Bundt Cakes and MyEyeDr. It recently hosted a grand opening, inviting the Richmond community to enjoy an elevated yoga experience for all levels. The studio offers six types of heated classes, including the signature Hot Flow, the intense Core Flow, and the reflective Connect.

In addition to group classes, guests can opt for a one-on-one experience or a custom private class for up to three people. Monthly memberships are available as well as 25, 10, and single drop-in class packs.

The Carytown studio marks the third location for the North Carolina-based yoga brand, which also has outposts in Raleigh and Durham. Additional locations are planned for the Richmond area.

Midtown Yoga is thoughtfully designed with a calming ambiance that encourages mindfulness. The lobby is trendy yet minimal, featuring neutral tones, wooden accents, and wicker pendant lights. As guests walk into the classroom, they’ll notice a code of conduct on the wall, which sets the tone for a respectful and focused environment. The storefront also features private showers, allowing guests to freshen up after their session and adding to the studio’s elevated experience.
