Regency Centers has announced the upcoming development of an H-E-B-anchored shopping center at Jordan Ranch in Fulshear, Texas. The 161,688 square feet of retail will serve the rapidly expanding population along the Texas Heritage Parkway and will be located at the corner of Jordan Crossing Blvd. Jordan Ranch Market is surrounded by three master-planned communities and will become the go-to center for the surrounding neighborhoods.

Small shops are projected to open in Q1 of 2026. Tenants will include Pacific Dental Services, Milano Nail Spa, Sport Clips, Twin Liquors and numerous others currently in lease negotiations including an outparcel adjacent to Texas Heritage Pkwy.
