Regency Receives 12th Annual 'First Coast Healthiest Companies' Award

For the 12th consecutive year, Regency Centers is a proud recipient of the First Coast Healthiest Companies Award by Jacksonville’s First Coast Worksite Wellness Council (FCWWC), a local organization providing companies and wellness professionals with programs, education and resources to optimize their employee health and wellness programs. In addition, this marks Regency's sixth consecutive year of winning Platinum — the highest honor of the award.

After a particularly challenging year, this award represents Regency’s steadfast commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of its team. As highlighted in Regency’s 2020 comprehensive and competitive benefits package, the pillars of Physical Health, Emotional Balance, Connected Community and Financial Security remained at the forefront, including wellness incentives in partnership with Virgin Pulse; paid biometric screenings and flu shots; an annual health fair (which was virtual in 2020); work/life employee assistance, and more.
