Yesterday, Regency’s Glenwood Green celebrated the launch of a brand-new ShopRite with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Old Bridge, NJ.
Owned by Village Super Market, the new supermarket will redefine the grocery shopping experience. The state-of-the-art, 80,000 SF store promises an elevated shopping experience with a focus on quality, innovation, and community engagement.

Additional highlights include:
- New Produce Department: The newly expanded produce department, now triple in size, offers an extensive selection of organic produce, freshly cut fruit and vegetables, and premium specialty berries.
- Butcher & Fishmonger: A duo-department of premium meat and seafood staffed by expert butchers and fishmongers, who will custom-cut orders for free and steam seafood while shoppers browse the store.
- Fairway Artisanal Cheese: With guidance from an expert cheesemonger, shoppers can discover over 600 varieties of international and locally sourced cheeses.
- Fairway Coffee Bar: A coffee bar offering everything for the coffee connoisseur, including a self-serve station with tap-and-pay for shoppers in a hurry.
- Gourmet Garage: Bringing the best of NYC's restaurant market to Old Bridge, Gourmet Garage offers a selection of soups, made-to-order sandwiches, ready-to-heat meals, and more.
- Ruby Foo's Asian Fusion: Shoppers can embark on a culinary journey with sushi and prepared meals reminiscent of the iconic Ruby Foo's locations in UWS and Times Square.
- Shuk Kosher Kitchen & Catering: Specializing in kosher-prepared foods, Shuk Kosher Kitchen & Catering offers a delicious array of dishes like chicken schnitzel and chicken noodle soup.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, shoppers were invited to visit sampling stations throughout the store, participate in raffles and face painting, and enjoy performances by Irish step dancers and a bagpiper to honor St. Patrick’s Day.
The celebrations will continue throughout the month with a special Midnight Madness sale on March 24, offering deals from 12 to 6 a.m. Shoppers can also enjoy premium samples of oyster, tuna, and monkfish.
