Nguyen owns three area restaurants, including Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah, WA. She also battled celebrity chef Bobby Flay on The Food Network and won during season four of 'Beat Bobby Flay.’ Her specialty is Pan Pacific cuisine that merges food cultures.
