Southpark at Cinco Ranch welcomed Smoosh Cookies to the Katy, TX-based development with a soft opening event August 5 followed by a packed grand opening on August 10. The uniquely delicious ice cream sandwich shop had a line of happy customers out the door, anxiously awaiting the opportunity to get their hands on one of the local, fan-favorite frozen treats.

San Diego's Scripps Ranch Welcomes Nutmeg Bakery & Cafe to the Neighborhood

Serving up local, organic and sustainable food and sweets, Nutmeg Bakery was founded on the idea that casual food can still be responsible. That’s one of the many reasons we’re excited to welcome them to Scripps Ranch Marketplace in San Diego, CA. The quaint, homegrown, mother/daughter-owned bakery and cafe works with local farmers, sustainably-minded coffee roasters and fishermen to bring local breakfast and lunch flavors to the San Diego community. This will be their second location, following a flagship spot of San Diego’s Sabre Springs Parkway.

They represent the well-established affluent coastal community in which Newland Center exists. From a vibrant balloon-and-flower photo backdrop ripe for photo taking to a nationally-known sketch artist creating individual attendee keepsake pictures and signature small bites provided by center eateries, guests gleefully mixed and mingled.

Sorella Salon Inspires Haircuts for a Cause

People don’t talk about hair loss, and especially not cancer-related hair loss. That’s the first point that Hether Campbell, a stylist at Issaquah Highlands, WA's Grand Ridge Plaza’s Sorella Salon, wants us to know. And, when you’re experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy treatments, it’s difficult to access the few resources that do exist.

The Issaquah Highlands, WA community gathered in celebration of the annual Highlands Day Festival at Grand Ridge Plaza on August 24. This year’s "GAME ON!" theme encouraged guests to “insert coin, press start and enter” the community arcade-inspired festivities, featuring fun-for-the-whole-family activities including retro arcade games, pinball, driving games, virtual reality games and more.
